BURNERS: Comstock-Castle CCSP, CSP & SUCSP Series stock pot stoves feature double venturi, cast iron burners rated to a total of 110,000 BTU’s per top grate section; 55,000 BTU’s for each ring. SP models feature a single venture & cast iron ring burner rated at a total of
55,000 BTU’s.
TOP GRATE: Heavy duty one piece cast iron top grate with cast in bull nose. Designed to accommodate pots as large as 24" in diameter.
TESTING: The gas system is tested before shipment. Optimal pressure
is 4" WC for natural gas, 10" WC for propane.
